Though most of the songs were co-written by the 4 original members, Corky Groat (drummer/vocalist) brought his own flair to the rhythms during the recording of the CD and the songs wouldn't be the same without Corky.

Wait for Me - A light-hearted tune about a couple, and the man is always pushing ("Hurry up, hurry up!") the woman to get ready to go do something. However, the man is ultimately the person who always isn't ready ("Wait for me"), whenever it's time to leave.

DEMONS - This song channels the soul of Edgar Allen Poe. On the outset it seems a song of the Devil speaking to us but as we all know, the worst demons are those that live inside our own minds. The song was written to expunge these inner fears that hold us all back.

RED LIGHT HIGHWAY - Len was a singer who wrote stories. Sadly no one understood him. Len pursued his dream, but kept running into one red light after another - until one day he met 3 musicians who shared his dream, his vision. The four formed a band and suddenly the songwriting red lights ripped apart - making the basis for this song. Steve and Kelly defined the song with Sax and Trumpet. Corky laid down the backbeat with flair!

NOTHING MORE TO SAY - One day, Len had something akin to a brain seizure - all thought stopped, he grabbed pen and paper, and this story came gushing out of Len's soul in 10 minutes. A story of two star crossed lovers who met too late, and too wrong. In the final analysis, when their story was inevitably finished, there was Nothing More to Say. Len pours his heart and emotion into singing this ballad. Sometimes, he's actually crying by the end of the song. Clinton matched Len's emotion with haunting melodies throughout.
